DENVER, CO - Having outgrown its LoDo home, Denver film, post, and design production company Digital Events has set up shop in a massive, versatile new space in North Denver.

Now Digital Events wants to grow their business with the help of strategically selected partners who will share their new 22,000-square foot facility on North Steele St - in a row of industrial workplaces where creative neighbors like Denver Set Design and internet video-on-demand powerhouse ManiaTV have already found fertile ground for their ideas.

“We’re going to be selective about who we invite to share this space with us,” said Vargas. “We’re not just seeking tenants. We want partners who are highly desirable both in terms of their professionalism and how well they’ll complement the resources of everybody who comes to Cluster.”

Cluster will be an ideal laboratory for artists, ad agencies, marketing/PR companies, media professionals, architects, and designers of all disciplines. Vargas’ vision for Cluster is an entrepreneurial hotbed whose versatile space will allow creative businesses to maintain their independence while trading resources and opportunities with their neighbors.

Cluster has 22,000 total available square feet and features 20-foot-high ceilings, concrete floors, wood timber construction and loading docks with roll-up doors. Tenants will enjoy customizable spaces centered around and 80′x20′ communal gallery that opens into a 60′x40′ photo studio and 30′ x 20′ seamless photo stage.

Cluster will have high-speed internet access, WiFi capability, private phone lines, an abundance of free parking and around-the-clock access. A 400-square-foot conference room will feature a video projector and screen, Ethernet hub and a community fax machine.
